What is included in a 60 minute appointment?

Your 60-minute appointment begins with a brief health history review and a focused assessment to better understand your concerns and goals. This helps guide a treatment plan that is safe and specific to your needs.

Whenever possible, the majority of the session is dedicated to hands-on treatment. However, depending on your presentation, time may also be spent on assessment and movement testing to ensure the treatment is appropriate and effective.

Homecare recommendations may also be provided to support your progress between sessions, such as exercises, stretches, or self-management strategies.


Do you do direct billing?

Yes, I bill to Pacific Blue Cross, Greenshield, Medavie Blue Cross, Sunlife, Canada Life, and most major insurers. Feel free to email me if you want to confirm I can bill to your provider at kimthermt@gmail.com.


What is the fee?

The fee is $140 for a 60 minute session.


Do I have to fully undress?

No, you do not have to fully undress. You should only remove clothing to your level of comfort. You will always be properly draped with sheets and only the area being treated will be uncovered. Many treatments can also be done through clothing if appropriate. Your comfort and privacy are always respected.
