About me
I’m a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in Vancouver, BC. My focus is on helping people move and feel better in a way that actually carries over into their daily life, training, and activities.
I grew up in the interior of British Columbia, where being active was just part of life. That’s carried through into how I work today, especially when it comes to understanding how the body responds to load, movement, and injury.
A big part of my personal life is West Coast Swing dancing, which keeps me constantly thinking about timing, coordination, and how the body moves with a partner. I also have several years of experience across different weight training styles, giving me familiarity with bodybuilding and powerlifting approaches, lifting mechanics, and the types of issues that can arise with consistent training.
In the clinic, I focus on practical, goal-oriented treatment. That usually means a mix of hands-on work, assessment when needed, and simple homecare strategies you can actually use. My goal is to help you get out of pain, move better, and get back to what you enjoy, whether that’s sport, the gym, or just day-to-day comfort.
If you’re looking for a Vancouver RMT who understands sports massage, training, injury recovery and active lifestyles, I’d be happy to help.
