Your 60-minute appointment begins with a brief health history review and a focused assessment to better understand your concerns and goals. This helps guide a treatment plan that is safe and specific to your needs.
Whenever possible, the majority of the session is dedicated to hands-on treatment. However, depending on your presentation, time may also be spent on assessment and movement testing to ensure the treatment is appropriate and effective.
Homecare recommendations may also be provided to support your progress between sessions, such as exercises, stretches, or self-management strategies.

Common examples include sprains and strains, post-surgical recovery, shoulder conditions such as frozen shoulder, knee-related issues, nerve irritation such as carpal tunnel or sciatic symptoms, and general muscle tightness associated with movement or posture.
